Ready to get started? Apply for a permanent placement nursing position in the USA!
Step #1 – Complete the NCLEX RN Exam
If you are an international nurse or international nursing student hoping to work in the United States, your top priority is to pass the NCLEX RN exam. This is a mandatory nurse licensing exam that ensures your skills and experience meet the requirements of U.S. hospitals. NCLEX exams are available at test centers in the United States and elsewhere throughout the world.
You will need to pass the NCLEX RN exam before you can start working as a nurse in the U.S., but you can still apply to our program in the meantime.
Step #2 – Find a Visa Sponsorship
WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions works with healthcare employers to offer you a full-time position and sponsor your permanent residency green card. At this stage, we also ensure you have the necessary credentialing to work in the United States. We take care of this proactively so you can begin working as soon as possible after arriving in the U.S.A.
Step #3 – Accept a Job Offer
The team at WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions works hard to make sure your new nursing job is a great fit for you and your family. Job opportunities are available at more healthcare facilities than ever before, meaning your skills are in high demand. Just remember that not all job offers are created equal. Thankfully, our direct hire nursing program ensures you end up with a long-term nursing position when and where you want.
Step #4 – Relocate to the USA
With all the preparations complete, it’s time to pack your bags and move to the United States! WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions will coordinate your arrival at the appropriate time based on when you’re scheduled to start working.
We will arrange air transportation to the U.S., assist with finding temporary housing, provide school information and help to complete other essential tasks. We also work with International AutoSource to help you lease, finance, or purchase a car without a local credit history. Our goal is to help you settle into your new life as you begin your rewarding nursing job in the USA.
Achieve Your Dream of Living & Working in the United States
WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions has been helping registered nurses and other healthcare professionals from around the world work in the United States. We strive to help you obtain permanent residency status as quickly as possible.
